The last custom home neighborhood to be built “over the bridge”, Members Club Enclave is tucked away alongside the private Nick Price Members Course and just steps away from the fabled luxury of the Grande Dunes Members Club. In May 2017, LStar Ventures announced a partnership to develop a 55+ age-restricted neighborhood along the Intracoastal Waterway. Del Webb, considered the leader in active adult neighborhoods, will be developing 637 new homes within the neighborhood. Plans will range in size from 1,650 – 2,650 sq. ft., with pricing coming soon. The neighborhood will feature its own amenity complex including resort-style indoor and outdoor pools, a 15,000 sq. ft. clubhouse with fitness center, tennis courts and more. Residents will have access to other Grande Dunes amenities as well, creating a desirable mixture of active-adult living and coastal-resort luxury.
FUTURE COMMUNITY PLANS
Construction along the Intracoastal Waterway is part of the planned expansion of the community to create a Marina Village. This planned development will include expansion of the marina and restaurant, plus the addition of commercial space, walking trails, parks, event spaces along the waterfront and enhancement of Highway 17 Bypass Corridor.
