Select Homesites Released in Walkable Village-Like Community

MYRTLE BEACH, SC (May 4, 2023) — Pulte Homes is celebrating the opening of its Lowcountry-inspired model and sales center in SayeBrook, a new neighborhood designed to be explored on foot with tree-lined streets, pocket parks and resort amenities all within casual walking distance to shopping and dining.

Pulte is offering seven single-family one- and two-story open floorplans in SayeBrook, ranging from two to five bedrooms and up to four baths, beginning in the high $300,000s. For buyers with a limited timeframe, quick move-in homes will soon be available starting in the high $400,000s.
