Pulte Homes - Eagle Run Preview Gives First Look at Homes from Mid-$200’s
CALABASH, N.C. (May. 4, 2021) — Pulte Homes will open pricing appointments for Eagle Run on May 10, offering buyers an early preview of selected single-family homesites in the community that borders the scenic fairways and waterways of Crow Creek Golf Club.
Beginning in the mid-$200,000s, Eagle Run is located in Carolina Shores, minutes from the quaint fishing village of Calabash and within easy access to beaches, fishing and boating.
Homesites that back up to the golf course and others with pond views are among those to be released first in Eagle Run, where buyers may choose from seven one- and two-story home designs.
“The preview is for those who want to get a head start before our public grand opening and model home reveal this summer,” said Jason Willard, General Sales Manager for Pulte Homes. “Buyers can get in early and identify the homesites they like and receive pricing to ensure they are at the front of the line when we officially open for sales.”

Pulte expects to build about 300 homes and resort-style amenities in Eagle Run, including a zero-entry swimming pool and Baja deck for sunning, firepit area and pickleball courts.
Open concept floorplans range in size from two to five bedrooms and two to four baths. Beginning at 1,588 square feet up to more than 3,200 square feet, all feature the owner’s suite on the main and two-car garages.
Two professionally decorated model homes will be available to tour in mid-summer. The single-story Morgan, with a generous owner’s suite and two additional bedrooms, will overlook the planned amenity park. Skirting the Crow Creek 13th fairway, the Dunwoody Way will showcase an optional third bay garage perfect for a golf cart, workshop or storage.
A decorated Dunwoody Way model home is available to tour by appointment in Pulte’s neighboring Crow Creek community, 9193 Old Field Road, Calabash.
Opened in 2000, Crow Creek Golf Club was designed by architect Rick Robbins and has maintained the reputation for being one of the most immaculately maintained courses along the east coast.
