MYRTLE BEACH, SC (April 27, 2023) — Pulte Homes continues to grow in Myrtle Beach with Crescent Cove, where residents can hop on a boat from the neighborhood dock or launch a skiff from their own backyard to explore the scenic shoreline of the Grand Strand’s Intracoastal Waterway without straying too far from their new home.
A limited number of wooded homesites will be released when Pulte opens sales later this year. Waterfront lots with the ability to add a dock will become available as the community progresses. Planned amenities include a resort-style swimming pool and pavilion, playground, boat launch and 200-foot-long day dock for residents.
Homebuyers will choose from 15 single-family one-and-two story open concept designs in Crescent Cove, with prices expected to begin in the high $300,000s. Roughly 400 homes are planned, ranging in size from two-to-six bedrooms and two-to-five baths, some with three car garages.

One of Pulte’s three decorated models will be the single-story Renown, with up to five bedrooms and five-and-a-half baths and featuring a spacious gathering room, café and kitchen, plus a covered lanai that allows for dining al fresco. The owner’s suite boasts a spa-like bath and two walk-in closets with an adjacent laundry room pass-through and a three-car garage for a golf cart or workshop.
Crescent Cove is located on Socastee Blvd. in Myrtle Beach, less than a mile from Hwy 17 and three miles from Hwy 544 for a quick drive to Conway. It’s centrally located six miles from Myrtle Beach International Airport, the Atlantic Ocean, Broadway at the Beach and dining, shopping and entertainment in Market Common. Dozens of golf courses can be found within the area.
