Del Webb North Myrtle Beach Breaks Ground on Sales Center, Furnished Model Home Park
North Myrtle Beach, SC (Nov. 15, 2021) — Construction has begun on the furnished model home park and sales center in Del Webb North Myrtle Beach, with all new floorplans featuring the latest in rich kitchen cabinetry, spa-inspired baths and blended indoor/outdoor spaces designed around an active adult lifestyle less than a mile from the Atlantic Ocean.
Interest is building in the Grand Strand’s newest 55-plus gated community, with recent virtual information sessions drawing nearly 800 Realtors and potential homebuyers from across the country.
Del Webb’s popular onsite VIP Dusty Boots event is expected take place early next year for those who want first dibs in picking out a homesite and floorplan in North Myrtle Beach. Pricing will be released during the special tour and buyers will be asked to narrow their selection to three potential homesites. More than 500 single family homes are planned on 171 acres, with the first homes expected to be completed in the middle of next year. The sales center and model home park are on track to be ready in late March.
Del Webb North Myrtle Beach will offer 10 consumer-inspired floorplans — all new to the Grand Strand — and ranging in size from 1,200+ square feet to 3,700+ square feet. Prices are expected to begin in the mid-$300,000s.
The Renown model, with three to five bedrooms and up to five-and-a-half baths, features a spacious gathering room, café and kitchen all in one open living space. The owner’s suite boasts an adjacent laundry room, spa-like bath and two walk-in closets. The three-car garage can be used for a golf cart or workshop, allowing more space to putter.
