Buyers Drawn to New Amenities, Larger Homes In Latest Berkshire Forest Neighborhood
MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (Dec. 9, 2019) — There’s plenty of excitement these days in Pulte Homes's Berkshire Forest community, where a new neighborhood is selling quickly, a model home park is in the works and resort-style amenities, including a lazy river, are coming out of the ground.

Berkshire Forest buyers can choose from 18 single-story and multi-level home designs. Beginning at 1,656 square feet up to 3,220-plus square feet, plans range in size from 2 to 6 bedrooms and 2 to 5 baths. Prices start at $222,990.
The much-touted lazy river is under construction further into the community and alongside the popular Berkshire Forest Residents Club which features a swim center, fulltime Lifestyle Director, picnic areas and hiking and biking trails, 32-acre lake, bocce ball and nearby ocean-front beach club.
The new model home park, with four professionally decorated designs, is expected to be completed by the spring.
